John Hasouras (59 Jahre alt), ich bin ein internationaler Vertriebs- und Marketingleiter, Master-Betriebswirt mit langjähriger Erfahrung. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehören verschiedene Rollen in unserem Unternehmensbetrieb, einschließlich der Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards für unser neues Produkt, das den Eintrag von Chemikalien und Pestiziden in das Grundwasser mit entsprechenden umweltgerechten EU-konformen Produktstandards reduziert. Unser Produkt ist auf dem europäischen Markt verfügbar und wir werden es schließlich weltweit einführen. Als CEO des Unternehmens Natural Environmental Science Pty Ltd Australia begab ich mich auf eine Mission und unterstützte den Verkauf des NatSelVita-Produkts, das frei von Chemikalien und synthetischen Substanzen ist und in naher Zukunft in Europa unter dem Markennamen hergestellt werden wird: NatSelVita mit noch besserem Service und noch besserer Verfügbarkeit für unsere Kunden. Es wird von unserer Basis in Deutschland aus erhältlich sein und verkauft. Doch ohne meine Teamkollegin, die zusammen mit dem australischen Team den umweltrelevanten und wissenschaftlichen Teil unseres Joint Ventures und zukünftigen Geschäfts abdeckt, wäre ich nicht dort, wo ich heute bin. Es macht mir Spaß, mit Gleichgesinnten zusammenzuarbeiten und meine Ziele mit Einfühlungsvermögen, Leidenschaft und Kompetenz umzusetzen. John Hasouras (59 years old), I'am an International Sales and Marketing Executive , Master Business Administrator with many years of experience. My tasks involve various roles in our company operations including ensuring quality standards for our new product which reduces chemicals and pesticides from entering the groundwater with corresponding environmentally appropriate EU-compliant product standards. Our product is available to the European market and eventually we will roll it out globally. As the CEO of the company Natural Environmental Science Pty Ltd Australia I embarked on a mission and supported the sale of the NatSelVita product, which is free of chemicals and synthetic substances, and will be manufactured in Europe in the near future under the brand name : NatSelVita with an even better service and availability for our clients It will be available and sold from our base in Germany. However without my teammate, who covers the environmentally relevant and scientific part of our joint venture and future business together with the Australian team I would not be where I am today. I enjoy working with like-minded people and executing my goals with empathy, passion and competence. Due to the fair, socially happiness-oriented work commitment of our team at our base, we are sure that we will be able to cope with the task that has been set for us. Meine Passion

Wir alle haben eine Leidenschaft für etwas. Der Umweltschutz war und ist meine. Beruflich als Dipl.Bauingenieurin/OBRin beim Land Rheinland-Pfalz verantwortlich für Abwasseranlagen, Deponien, Grundwasser und Abfallbehandlungs-anlagen sowie die Umsetzung der EU-Richtlinien im Bereich Wasser/Abwasser, Immissionsschutz und Abfallhierachie ist es auch heute noch meine Passion, aktiven Umweltschutz zu betreiben und meinen und Ihren Kindern eine lebenswertere Zukunft zu sichern.
Ich, Lamiel Kallweit (64 J.), nach über 30 Jahren von der Genehmigungs- und Überwachungsaufgabe kommend, möchte nun durch den Einsatz eines biologisch-natürlichen organischen Pflanzensubstrates und ökologisch unbedenklicher Tiernahrung Umweltschutz praktizieren. Gleichzeitig werde ich im Umweltschutz beraten und durch Beschleunigung und Verbeserung der Kompostherstellung, sowie Bodenrenaturierung mit unserem Produkt gesunde Böden erschaffen können. NatSelVita wird seit 30 Jahren in Australien produziert und im EInklang mit den neuen Verordnungen und Richtlinien der UN dafür zu sorgen, dass unser Grundwasser in Zukunft frei von Schadstoffen wie Pestiziden, Antibiotika, krebserregenden und erbgutverändernden Schadstoffen ist. Gleichzeitig werde ich beratend im Umweltschutz zur Verfügung stehen und mit unserem Produkt durch die Beschleunigung und Verbesserung der Kompostproduktion und Bodenrenaturierung gesunde Böden schaffen können.
Ich konnte im Laufe der Jahre meinen Wissensstand aktualisieren und auch heute noch lerne ich jeden Tag etwas Neues dazu. Durch die Auswahl unserer hoch motivierten Teammitarbeiter/innen an unseren verschiedenen Standorten nehmen diese ihre Aufgaben im Sinne des Umweltschutzes mit Freude wahr und helfen wo Sie können. Mit Ihrer Kompetenz für das Produkt NatSelVita gelingt es Ihnen uns die Angst zu nehmen zukünftig in einer kollabieren Welt leben zu müssen, die unseren Kindern keine Überlebenschance gibt.

my passion

We all have a passion for something. Environmental protection was my job as a qualified civil engineer / OBR in the state of Rheinland - Pfalz, responsible for sewage systems, landfills, waste and waste treatment plants as well as the implementation of EU directives in the areas of
water / wastewater, emission control and waste hierarchy it is still my passion to do active environmental protection tasks and to ensure a future worth living for my and your children. I, Lamiel Anette Kallweit (64 years old), after more than 30 years in the permitting and monitoring task, I would now like to use a biological-natural plant substrate and animal food supplement which has been produced in Australia for 30 years and on behalf of the new regulations and guidelines of the UN to ensure that our groundwater is free from pollutants such as pesticides, antibiotics, carcinogenic and mutagenic pollutants in the future. At the same time, I will provide advice on environmental protection and be able to create healthy soils with our product by accelerating and improving compost production and soil renaturation.
I have gotten better and better over the years and even today I still learn something new every day and can motivate my team members accordingly in terms of environmental protection with joy to carry out their task and to help with their competence, happiness without fears that the world is collapsing, to be allowed to live, and bring the environment back to its natural form.
